It started with a simple thought why should wearing a saree always feel like dressing up for an occasion?
As a working woman, I often found myself looking for sarees that felt effortless, contemporary, and easy to carry through a workday. But most of what I found was either heavily traditional or too minimal for the way modern women actually dress.
So, PowerPallu was born.
PowerPallu is built around the everyday lives of women the commute to work, meetings, presentations, coffee runs, celebrations, last-minute plans, and everything in between.
Our designs are inspired by these real moments and the women who live them. Metro Drape, for instance, was inspired by the everyday journey of women on the move.
We want to make sarees feel less like an occasion and more like a choice something you can reach for, wherever the day takes you.
